"I recently purchased a new vehicle and attempted to add it to my policy I had for a few years with another large carrier. However, my carrier whom I’d been with for years with no claims or tickets quoted me an outrageous amount. And of course I started shopping immediately !!! I contacted State Farm and had the pleasure of speaking to Christian Faircloth !!! Christian was patient, detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all transparent!! Christian took the time to explain my automobile policy in detail , not to mention I was able to get a far better rate and policy with State Farm. I initially was only looking to get a new automobile policy. But after my interaction with Christian I also switched my homeowners policy to State Farm as well .
