"If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible service and agent doesn’t want to help or even try to pay attention to my request and thinks they would know better than the insured they just want money in their pockets. They don’t want to help you save money or even understand your needs dispute multiple communication. They think they know better but when someone speaks to them with state law they don’t even know that. Will be taking my business somewhere else. Horrible service from Alicia who doesn’t listen to the customer and does whatever she wants thinking it’s best dispute multiple times trying to reach out to Christian. Denying me to gain to a document stating it’s internal doc, that’s illegal. Not sure you actually did the work then. I will be reaching out to corporate and to Texas licensing. Take your money somewhere worth it."

"Christian is the best! This was my first time finding auto insurance for myself and he answered all of my questions thoughtfully, as well as explained everything clearly. I feel really confident in the price and the coverage I received and it was all thanks to Christian going above and beyond to make sure that would happen. He even helped me cancel all of my other policies and asked the other companies about my refunds and recurring payments getting cancelled. Since this is my first time, I believe there would have been plenty of things I would have missed without Christian’s help. He also found several discounts for me and listened to everything I was looking for, as well as accommodated for those things. I am so pleased with my experience today and would highly recommend his service and the amazing prices that come with ample coverage. These are the best rates I have seen so far and also some of the kindest people."

"After the experience I had with the owner I'm almost positive these reviews are fake. No accountability, and no respect."
